In the busy life of this teacher, there is little room for pampering. One thing I've always enjoyed is having nice nails. For many years, however, I let them go because of THINGS I had to do with my hands. I decided to once again splurge with my time and my treasure now that painted, short nails seem to be en vogue. Not only am I enjoying my colorful nails, my kiddos check out my weekly polish change... boys included!
What is your beauty splurge?

My Jamberry nail sets! I went nuts this winter, and now I have about ten manicures/pedicures sitting in my drawer waiting for me!

My splurge is a pedicure every 2-3 weeks. I did have my nails done too, but I am currently trying to nurse my nails back to good health and just keep a clear polish on them. Too many years of acrylic nails ruined my real ones!

Teachers Are Terrific!
Oh I love Julep! I've been wondering whether it's worth it or not. I have a small (ok maybe not that small) tub of nail polish already. But I splurge on my makeup. I get it from Sephora or Ulta for the most part. I like to treat my face. ;)
ReplyDeleteI love nail polish!! Anything fun and girly really.

Learning to be awesome
My biggest splurge is a daily face cream by Ole Henriksen (from Sephora). It has vitamin C, smells great, and has SPF 15. I love it!
