FIRST... We had our Spring program this week. WOWZA! It was GREAT. I shared a rehearsal video earlier in the week which can be viewed HERE.
SECOND... We said good-bye to Ms. Murphy, our student teacher. We will definitely miss her!

THIRD... We had the Spring Book Fair this week. Take a look at the haul I brought in! Most of these were gifts from my families. They are so kind and generous. I can NOT wait to start using these books with my classes.
FOURTH... I'm linking up with Farley from Oh'Boy Fourth Grade for her monthly CURRENTLY.
LISTENING: It is silent in the house... LOVE IT!
LOVING: Finally, spring is springing and it is lovely!
THINKING: Monday is a Cinco de Mayo party after school for the teachers. Tuesday I'm heading to my nephew's band concert and we're all going to dinner afterwards. Wednesday I have a meeting to select books for the Middle School English Festival. Thursday is our weekly family dinner at my house, and Friday is Grandparents' Day. FUNTIMES!!!!!
WANTING: Need I say more.
NEEDING: Like I said...
SURPRISE: Deb is just the sweetest, kindest blogger and OH SO CREATIVE! I just love her activities and so do my kiddos! She has a knack for taking a ho-hum skill and turning it into such fun!
FIFTH... I have a Cinco de Mayo, er Cinco de Math-o goodie for you! I just completed a set of 24 task cards that provide your students with a feista of multi-digit basic operation practice featuring the numeral FIVE. You can read more about and download the complete set HERE. If you'd like to test drive the cards, here is a FREEBIE set of eight. Just click on the pics to grab them.
