Five for Friday 7.11.14

Another summer Friday.. time for...

My little blog hit 400 followers on Monday of this week! It was last year during this same time that I reached 100 followers. It's hard to believe that my blog has grown so much in just one year... THANKS to all my followers and bloggy friends!

My next goal is to reach 400 followers in my TpT Store... just 13 7 more to go!

My Erin Condren planner arrived this week! LOVE it!

My Teacher T-Shirt giveaway ended this week! I was sooo excited to see that Diane from Fifth in the Middle was the winner! Diane was one of the first bloggers that I began following.

I was VERY busy finishing up several new teaching items this week and featured two of them on Tuesday at The Teaching Tribune's Two for Tuesday linky. I'm really looking forward to using the Back to School products with my sixers. I have several girls who stalk my blog... HELLO, LADIES! They had seen a couple of sneak peeks and wondered if the ZAP games were for their class. YES, they are, Ladies!

I'm throwing an online, in real time, Jamberry party via Facebook and you ALL are invited.

You do not need to be a member of Facebook nor do you need to be my "friend" to attend this party. All you need is to visit this LINK and click the join/going button. The only requirement is that you register for the party before it begins so that you reserve your space. Once nine o'clock EST on July 17, 2014, rolls around no one will be able to join unless you have reserved your place. There will be games and prizes while we learn more about Jamberry wraps, hear about some special offers, and make some new Jammin' friends! There is no obligation to purchase anything. Since this is an open party, please feel free to invite your friends to attend as well. Just send them the party link so they may register.

The party consultant who will conduct the party is WONDERFUL! I've been to one of Bev's parties and had a great time learning about these fun fashion wraps. I'll be sure to post several reminders between now and the party date; however, I encourage you to reserve your spot right away. Once you RSVP you can begin sharing posts, asking questions, and earning bonus entries for a party giveaway!

Just click this link,
to reserve your space.

Can't wait to Jam with you on July 17, 2014.

  1. Your planner looks amazing! I always have the hardest time deciding which cover to choose... this year I went for the polka dot look with the Party Pops print.

Congrats on 400 Followers! I'll have to check out your TPT store and help get you closer to your goal. It's amazing to see all the milestones you can achieve in such an amazing teacher blogger community! Love it!

    Happy Friday,

    1. I almost picked out the polka dot planner, but decided at the last minute to change my classroom theme to paisley in browns, teals, and lime green. This pattern matched the best. Thanks for helping with my TpT store goal. I have met so many wonderful, supportive teachers through blogging and TpT! I look forward to checking in each day! Thanks so much for stopping by!

    1. I did, too! I fumed and fretted for some time before I took the plunge, but I was really happy that I did. This year I was fortunate enough to win a 50 dollar gift card towards an Erin Condren planner, otherwise I would've had to fret and fume again! LOL! What kind did you pick out?

    1. It doesn't take long to start meeting lots of bloggers and gaining followers. I made sure that I tried to visit a new blog each day and leave a little comment. I've made some wonderful bloggy friends this way. Each and everyone that I'm connected with is so supportive and sweet!

Jamberries are so fun, right? And so much less expensive than acrylics! And easier on your nails. I like that I can have short nails and they still look great. Hope you'll come to my party next Thursday! We're giving away a set of Jams!

I'm off to check out your blog!

  6. I am just now learning about Jamberry nails. A friend at school is now selling them and I just got my first sample in the mail. VERY cute, and I've got to learn how to put them on!
