Wordless Wednesday: Takin' a Break!

Can you believe that it is Wednesday already? It's time for Wordless Wednesday with Miss DeCarbo over at Sugar and Spice.

OK, admit it!

How many of you have been working on back to school items already? Did you even take a break?

Here's an activity that I made last year for Back to School. It's a great worksheet to use on the first or second day of school to get your students back into the swing of things, identifying parts of speech. I'll be using it with my incoming fifth graders once again this year. Click HERE to download it if you'd like to grab a copy for your classroom.

For more great Back to School Worksheets, be sure to hop on over to The Teaching Tribune for Worksheet Wednesday.

If you haven't taken a break yet, how 'bout taking one on July 17, 2014, at 9:00 pm EST? Come and JAM with me for 30 mins. over on Facebook. No need to get dressed up, no need to leave the comfort of your home. No need to even be a member of Facebook. Just come along and JAM with me. Be sure to RSVP prior to the start of my party or you won't be able to enter the JAMboree! Just click on the pic to enter party headquarters. After registering, ask a question, and you will earn 10 entries toward a party giveaway!

Hey, tomorrow is Thursday and you know what that means! Are you ready? Got those PURR-fect Previous Posts, Pics, and Pins ready? Be sure to add them to our TBT linky.

  1. Thank you for this very clever worksheet that I'm sure my students will really enjoy. The TTT linky has been excellent for finding new resources.
